WHAT IS OSTEOPATHY?
Osteopathy is a gentle, full-body approach to treating pain, injury, and restoring movement. The foundational principles of osteopathy are that the body functions as a single, integrated unit. This means that even when pain or dysfunction appears in one area, it may be influenced by restrictions or imbalances elsewhere in the body.
Rather than focusing solely on the site of pain, osteopathic treatment takes a whole-body approach. Assessing how the musculoskeletal, nervous, and circulatory systems work together. By identifying and addressing these relationships, we aim to restore balance and support the body’s natural ability to heal.

Leah Bueno is a Canadian-trained Non-Physician Osteopath who uses European-style osteopathy to help people move better and feel better by working with the body, not against it.
